You are not working with Royal Mail that’s a lie I’ve contacted Royal Mail and they have told me they have not received anything from you so theres nothing to be scanned all they have is you have told them you are sending a parcel to them, but you have not they have no order from you to scan or deliver , it’s been know 4 weeks and I’ve still no order and no real answer from you if I will receive this .

I appreciate the delays with the courier aren't your fault directly, but after my last 2 parcels went missing with them and the numerous other reviews saying the same thing it is your fault that you keep using the same firm. just stop using Evri, offer people the chance to pay for delivery with a trustworthy firm instead.

I was eventually offered a replacement order be sent out which I accepted, after 2 days of nothing I emailed again to be told there's now a stock issue. 3/3 orders now not delivered so won't be using again, I get what they're trying to do and understand things happen but this is beyond a joke now.

To top things off after 2+months and 4 "lost" or "stock issue" parcels meaning i've not been sent anything, I got a rude email telling me to use someone else and they then disabled my account. Let this be a warning to everyone, i suspect the 5star reviews are fake on here, avoid like the plague.

I was in contact with your customer service team, it was them who told me to not bother coming to you in future and then disabled my account so unless they want to reactivate my account and apologise i don't think there's anything more to discuss
