I paid for next day delivery which was nearly 10 pounds and they came late so missed my wedding. Very upset.

We are so sorry to hear this. We hate to disappoint our customers so I have looked into your order to see what has caused your petals to arrive late. Your order was dispatched on time and from the tracking it shows delivery was attempted the next day but unfortunately it looks like no one was home to receive the goods. I am afraid Royal Mail will not leave any orders unless instructed to do so. Nonetheless I am so sorry you were unable to have the petals at your wedding.
