Terrible service.. Sent me wrong size twice. Got refunded but not the postage. Very unhappy customer.

Thank you for your feedback. Oh dear, this is disappointing to read. It is exceptionally rare for items to fail our quality control procedures on one occasion, let alone two, for which we sincerely apologise. This is not our usual high level of service we provide to our customers. Please note that I have arranged for your postage to be refunded back to the card paid with and you will receive this in the next 3 to 5 working days. I hope that this will restore some faith in us and hope that you will remain a valued customer of Pegasus. Thanks again.

Order was split into 2 deliveries with a week inbetween. I had to write to enquire before the remaining item arrived. Quality of one item was not up to much either.
