I experienced the paper slightly tearing as it slid sideways during the retract motion.
It might be helpful if there were some kind of guide or protective lining to prevent that.
The 2xL printer kept jamming. I called support to make sure thickness was correct and it still kept jamming. I do not recommend.

We appreciate your feedback. Our technical support determined the jamming issue with the 2XL printer was caused by the misalignment of the cards within the input tray, not allowing the printer to pull them for printing. After our specialist assisted with the proper card seating, a successful test print was performed. We will be reaching out again to address any additional concern you may have.
