Thank you for taking the time to share this review. We sincerely apologize that the lanyard did not meet your expectations for preventing flipping. Our goal is to provide the best possible solution for keeping badges visible; the specialized hardware on this lanyard is designed to significantly reduce flipping compared to standard lanyards without needing adhesive or a second clip. We will share your insights with our product development team to help improve future products. Please feel free to reach out to sales@pcnametag.com if you’d like samples of similar products.
