Your parcel shipment was booked on 28th, dropped into the Access Point on 29th and delivered on 2nd July which is a NEXT DAY (working day) service. The shipment was therefore on time, delivered on the estimated delivery day and as far as we can see, there were no problems at all with the shipment.
We're sorry to hear you feel a member of our customer service team was unprofessional. We pride ourselves on the customer service we offer and unlike many of the other delivery companies you'll find, we're available on the phone to speak to whenever you need us.
