Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to see that you feel so strongly. We seem to have experienced a few issues with this shipment. Firstly, the telephone number provided was invalid so it was difficult communicating with you. Please do bear in mind that you may need to be contacted, so providing the correct number is always advisable. In addition, it would appear that the labels provided at the time of booking weren't used and as a result, the shipment did move on a manual waybill number. The collection also didn't take place on the day expected, which unfortunately doesn't happen from time to time. The parcel was however collected on 16th and delivered on the 18th, a 2 day service to France, which is what you paid for. Hopefully you won't let this experience affect using us in the future, as from the other feedback we receive, you'll see we offer an excellent service, working with only the best carriers in the industry. Things do go wrong from time to time, but we like to think we rectify them quickly and efficiently and speaking to someone does make all the difference.
