The person on the till noticed I have a £5 voucher on my loyalty card and also helped me make best use of a special offer that was running in store so I was very, very happy, thank you to him.

Particularly kind to me finding things and holding a basket as I’m semi disabled. Went out of their way to help especially the young woman who was disabled herself
This is the busiest time of the year for the staff at Paperchase and the staff are never any less that friendly and polite. It's one of my favourite shops at Fenchurch Street. It's now a running joke...
