I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay in Villa SP002. In regards to the cleaning and linen/towel change. It is not standard practice to have this service for a week’s stay, unless otherwise stated. There are two washing machines in the property for laundry, should you wish to wash towels and sheets. This is the same across most villas on the Costa del Sol.
I have spoken to Phil, the pool guy, and he has informed me that he did in fact call to clean the pool and hot tub on 3 occasions during your stay. He always calls around 6am so as not to disturb guests’ holiday, and so that holidaymakers do not have to stay out of the pool or hot tub for an hour after the cleaning chemicals are added to the water. The down side to this is that guests are always in bed at this time (quite rightly so when you are on holiday!) so they don’t see him doing the cleaning. We have asked him to leave a note for guests in the future.
The price of Villa SP002 is really a reflection of the fantastic facilities in the villa, and the scale of the property. We feel, in comparison to similar properties on the Costa del Sol, that this represents good value for money.I hope that, despite these minor complaints, you will book with us again in the future.
