Hello Phil, I'm sorry that you were upset by the email. Our payment reminder emails are automated and can sometimes land in junk folders, depending on your mail settings. We always send a manual email if we have not had a response to those reminders. We can only apologise if they didn't reach your inbox, they will be hiding in another folder somewhere! You can also always view your payment due date in your customer account. We hope that despite this you have a great holiday.

Thank you for your response. We are really looking forward to our family holiday and was aware of the balance which needed to be settled. However we missed the date as we were taking a few days away. I checked all my folders and files and can assure you that I did not receive any previous reminders hence my disappointment in the tone of the only one received

Thank you for your review Amanda. We will advise the property manager that those items in the games room need to be replaced. The villas are owned by the same people, and the furnishings and carpets were both added at exactly the same time. Unfortunately it sounds like guests staying in this villa may not have respected it as much as next door! We will also let the owner know about this.
We will also let the owner know about the resort security and clubhouse as they would have to report this to site management. It's a shame that people are abusing the communal facilities.
We hope that, despite this, you will book with us again in the future.

It is the same in all countries where they have prolonged spells of very warm weather. We hope this didn't affect your stay too much and that you would return again.
