Hello Ulla, We have spoken to the owner regarding your feedback and she has informed us that she contacted you on October 30 to offer a complementary stay at the apartment to the value of £300 as a gesture of goodwill. I believe this was declined. Having liaised with the property manager and the maintenance person who came out to fix the issues you experienced we feel that everything possible was done to make you comfortable during your stay. Further work was carried out after your departure as (understandably) you did not want any further disruption whilst on holiday. It is unfortunate that there was a leak, but there was hot water in the apartment, the boiler was just a little noisy which is why you did not want this switched on. Once again, we are sorry for the disruption to your holiday, but the problems have now been resolved and the owner does not feel that monetary compensation is due in this case.
Everything was fantastic until the final payment was due. For some reason I received no reminders however one business day after the payment was due, I received what I think was a standard email...

What can I say it does what it says on the tin, company a pleasure to deal with start to finish. It didn't stop there in resort unlikely problem resolved super fast. Fantastic

We did enjoy our stay at the villa, it's very spacious, the location is great and the pool is lovely. The surrounding gardens are kept beautifully too.
