We're sorry that you've had a negative experience with us & can understand why you say you're not impressed.
The delivery dates given on our website are an accurate estimate, but we always try our utmost to accommodate requests to despatch orders earlier than this date. Although we did so with your order, the ring didn't fit you & so you had no ring for your wedding, which is very disappointing.
Our ring sizes are UK industry standard, but may sometimes need a tweak to fit nicely, which is one of the reasons we offer free re-sizing. In this instance this wasn't something you wanted to do and so a full, no quibble, refund was given. I apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused you.
