Failed to deliver on time - their useless delivery service failed to find our address yet again and Oriebtal refused any form of compensation.

Many thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately DHL are having problems locating your address but they have reattempted to deliver to you. I'm sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the service. We cannot control the delivery ourselves but try and provide help after it has left our warehouse to make sure it gets to you. We had previously offered you discount on your past order and we are working to try and solve the delivery problem for future orders so that this does not occur again.

Thanks but the reason you gave me a discount for this order was because the last order was also late !!
It was unfortunate that one item which I had ordered was missing. But I was promptly refunded.
All the food supplied by OM is of good quality and the prices are reasonable. What's more the...
I think Oriental Mart didn't respond to my first two enquiries. I can't remember how I sent them but it probably wasn't through using the web-enquiry form.
