In this instance, your order was received on the evening of the 18th December for which an 'Order Confirmation' email was sent to the provided email address. Another email was then sent on the 20th confirming that dispatch would be on the 2nd January 2024. It appears you may not be receiving our emails so there are a number of checks you can do; it may be worth checking your junk inbox as they may have disappeared into there. Alternatively, please check the email address that was entered at the checkout page for any typos as this can also be the case.These products are shipped very quickly in normal circumstances (the items are sent on a next working day service once dispatched as standard). Our postage cost for this item is governed by the manufacturer as this particular product is sent direct from them, in this instance. In this case, the dispatch period was longer due to the annual Christmas Break where all of our manufacturers 'shut down'. This is the only time all year that they do so and we put up a store notice on the website to advise of this. This is also why the individual dispatch date emails are sent.
