We have had a look into this issue and it seems that the order placed was checked out as a guest. If you would like to set up an account then you will be able to view any future orders or alternatively if you would prefer you can continue to check out as a guest. The majority of our products show the thickness in the specification tab. The carpet that was ordered is approximately 8mm thick but we do have other thicker carpets available.
