Ok. Average. Honestly, slightly disappointing
The ratings here are somewhat odd. The service was average really, rather then good or poor. But there isn't an option for that. I first contacted epianos after seeing their excellent piano review...

Product is fine, courier service very poor.
The item, a piano stand, is fine. No problems with that. However the courier service was pretty dreadful. We received contradictory delivery notices and when I rang the shop I wasn't given much help....

Really disappointed to learn of your experience with our courier. We regularly review our delivery service and make every attempt to avoid this frustrating situations, but on this occasion we've obviously let you down.

David, Thank you for the swift response. We found the service in the shop excellent but the courier let you down. We have no hesitation in recommending the shop but have reservations about the courier. I hope you are able to persuade the courier to improve their service. Trevor.
