Dishonest service.Cancelled my holiday due to Covid19 and are refusing to pay refund yet they got refund from both airline and hotel!

we had an enjoyable holiday. at Costa Tropical hotel. Hotel very clean staff friendly and helpful. .restaurant well stocked with a good variety. Have been there before and would go again.
