Needs improvement
The actual delivery was fine but was left with a heavy pallet which in no way could I move. Had to pay to have it taken away. Consideration should be taken that not all customers are young and have...

Thank you for taking the time to discuss your feedback over the telephone. As we explained, some of our deliveries are made by couriers who use a pallet service, especially for large items such as furniture. We are sorry that this was an inconvenience for you. We can usually arrange for the pallet to be collected if requested and we are in the process of updating our customer delivery notifications to ensure that our customers are aware of this when delivery is arranged on future orders.
