The turf arrived in superb condition and it's looking amazing. The delivery guy was also very responsible and thoughtful. He was concerned about keeping our driveway clean. We are delighted with the product.

Poor delivery service
The purchase experience was very easily completed online. I booked a delivery date and was given 8am until 6pm, no specific time slots are available. I waited in for the required 10 hours but alas...

Once again, please accept our apologies for the problems you experienced with the delivery of your purchase. We approached our supplier with your feedback and understand that our supplier's courier attempted to make delivery the following day before the process for re-arranging the delivery had been completed. They have asked us to apologise on their behalf for any inconvenience caused. We are pleased to hear that the missing items have now been received and that your purchase is complete.
