It is good to read that you will use us again and also recommend us too. With regard to booking collections we offer to book a pre-booked collection date when you book the skip or if the date is unknown then we ask customers to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. Should a weekend fall within the 48 hours notice given this can sometimes lengthen the collection date as our drivers can only work between 07:00-11:30hrs on a Saturday which means there is less availability to collect. Your positive comments on our drivers and office staff have been passed on to those mentioned, we go to every length to ensure our service is first class from the moment the phone is picked up to give advice and take an order to when the skip has been delivered. Once again thank you for using us for a 3rd time in the last few years and we look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Hello Alex, thank you for leaving the review although we were very sorry to hear you felt the skip was in poor condition and marks from fluid have been left on your driveway. Further to our conversations this week, all skips have drainage holes in the bottom to allow for excess rain water to drain away and we advise against any fluids being placed inside a skip to avoid leaks. Thank you for your review and booking a skip with Norris. When booking a skip with us we provide you with a list of items which can go in the skip but they have a greater disposal cost (i.e; fridge/freezer's, tyres, paint and solvents, TV and computer monitors etc.). We like to make our customer's aware of any costs before they purchase a skip with us so they know what the total cost will be before committing to a delivery.
