Sincere apologies on behalf of Parcelforce, as they held your parcel in their depot. They attempted to deliver on the 7th and 8th of September and sent a message, but they then failed to re-deliver in a suitable time, sorry. I can however see that they have responded to our urgent request to re-deliver today, and can confirm it is due for delivery between 13:15 and 14:15. Once again I am ever so sorry for the inconvenience and delay of your package which we dispatched on the same day you ordered.
