Sounds like this one got bashed up in the shipping over to the US. Sorry about that! We take care with our packaging and it is normally strong enough to withstand a journey across the Atlantic. It could just be that your parcel was in a sack that received extra-rough treatment at the hands of a ******-off airport baggage handler, which is obviously well beyond our control.
