I can see from your order history that you have been buying from us for several years and it's very disappointing when we let down a long-term customer. The issue with the incorrect Amiina CD was preventable and should not have occurred. However, in our defence we did offer you the option of either a full refund or a swap for a different item of the same value. You said you wanted to keep it and would prefer a discount off your next order - which we immediately agreed to. You then used this discount against your next order, placed on November 3rd 2015. We shipped that order out on November 6th 2015. Yes, it only arrived in Chile on 14th December 2015 and that's a very disappointing delay. But once we dispatch an order it is out of our hands. International shipping is, sadly, prone to delays like this - especially around December, when the Christmas rush begins. So, sorry again for the problems with your last two orders. But please don't think that we have deliberately shown any disrespect here, because that's just not us. If you ever buy from us again we will show you the same excellent service you said you had enjoyed previously.
