I'm relying on Google Translate here, so forgive any misunderstanding! By default we ship all unsealed vinyl out of its sleeves. When it comes to sealed vinyl, however, some customers want us to remove the records from the sleeves and some (many!) don't. Therefore, we leave this entirely up to the customer: there is an 'out of sleeves' shipping option in the checkout, and if customers choose this option then we break the seal and ship out the records out of their sleeves. You didn't choose this option so we shipped everything sealed. Unfortunately this has led to split seams, but in the absence of the 'remove from sleeves' option we thought we were following your instructions by leaving the vinyl sealed. :( We hate to think of you being disappointed though, so get in touch (phil@normanrecords.com) and we'll see what we can do!
