Thanks for leaving feedback on your recent experience with Nordic Outdoor. We're glad you liked the products but are obviously sorry to hear you were not happy with the service provided.
As an independent retailer we strive to ensure customers get the best service and value when shopping with Nordic Outdoor. For this reason we do offer free UK Mainland Delivery on all order over £80. Unfortunately it is not possible to offer customers free returns on unwanted goods - of course should there be a fault or an error on our end we will happily cover these costs.
Our Inpost service is offered to reduce the hassle of shipping via the Royal Mail service which can involve waiting at the Post Office during hours which are often inconvenient for our customers. On both our
returns form page and our response email we do highlight the fact that if In-Post is used there will be a £4 deduction from any refund to cover the cost of this service.
