Sent us the new policy before the previous expired! Had to phone to chase policy twice before receiving Wanted it on paper and not electronic format

The person I spoke to was very helpful but would of been better to send a renewal with some figures on instead if a twenty min call then emails with quote

Awful
Lady on the phone was very pleasant however when I got 2 prices for the insurance required, either £115 or £285, obserolsly went with the cheaper!!! SURPRISE SURPISE £285 charged not happy!!!!!!!!!!!...
