This is not the usual turnaround time we would expect for your Natural Instinct delivery, so we can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We can see that our Customer Service team has spoken with you over email, and a replacement order was raised for you as the original parcel had gotten lost in transit. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide our customers, and we will provide this as feedback to our couriers to improve future deliveries. Kind Regards, Natural Instinct

Not handled with care!
Ordered food which was refused collection by the courier as it was damaged, then the replacement which came the following week arrived damaged. Not Natural Instincts fault but has happened several...
