Good afternoon Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the problems with the Sandbanks jetty has been challenging. When you booked, we knew that you would have to park in town as has always been the case for the bunkhouse. The ferry contract was not awarded until February in time for the island opening for summer season. The ferry prices were on the update email that was sent as well on the operator's website. We're sorry there was a further update to the baggage limits. This was sent to you on the day the ferry operator told us they would be implementing this. We have asked the team on the island to flashing light in the toilet block and the cleanliness at the bunkhouse. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
