Thank you for the email and the call. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I spoke with the despatch and this is what has happened.
Regarding the Vacuum, we did speak with you couple of times and send you the replacement at earliest possible and picked up the "vacuum". You are always covered with the warranty in this vacuum so even in case if you have any issues in future we will assist you to get this vacuum working for you for next few years.
Now, about the bags we had sent the original Vacs with only a pack of bags (was supposed to be sending X2 pack of bags) and during the replacement we sent another 2 pack of bags with the vacuum. As the returned vacuum didn't have the bags in it - you should still have 3 pack of bags. And, the online sales person has advised that free shipping code was supposed to be used for orders above $400 which wasn't the case. And, in good faith and our promise to customer - we did honour the sale and tried to send the order as soon as possible.
