No one ever gets back to me when i email a question. When i phone i am palm...
No one ever gets back to me when i email a question. When i phone i am palmed off to my "sales consultant" who never returns my calls. Very disappointing.

Very nice.
A great experience. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Good value and the resort was excellent. The only issue was an included tour to Mele Waterfall - there has been no water flowing...
