Renovation nightmare

I found that the service was ok, by the travel agent - BUT I don't believe I was told the whole truth about the renovations though - I'm incredibly disappointed with my holiday at Sheraton Mirage...

Hi Elke, we are sorry to hear about your stay at the Sheraton. We passed on information we received from the Sheraton regarding renovations to our customers on the quotes and booking advice sent out. However a number of customers have had a similar experience to you in that the renovations were running later than planned or were more intrusive than advertised by them.
