I'm sorry that you have been having issues with our iron ons, you shouldn't have to be replacing them and any that do come off can be re-ironed on. It sounds like they just need longer under the iron. We will contact you to try and solve any problems. We know our iron ons work well and this is only backed up by the number of people that order them again and again and recommend them to their friends.

I'm sorry you haven't received your labels. I can confirm they were sent out on the 22nd of July so have obviously been lost by Royal Mail. We will get some reprinted and sent out to you again and I will contact you to make sure we have the correct address for you.

This is a second feedback post after I posted my first by mistake! This company have been fantastic! Totally crossed wires with a similar named company who have in fact let me down, and bent over backwards to try and resolve a problem that wasn't theirs! Totally recommended and I cannot apologise enough for my mistake. The bag tags I ordered did arrive on time and are perfect. My children love them and they do the job.
