flights and hotel were all great a great experience until we got back to Sydney airport no help to transfer from international to domestic terminal as the buses were cancelled had to get a taxi hard...

Our holiday was great, although the communication could have been better before we left. It was up to us to chase things up and to request receipts and ticketing information. We would book again.
