I didn't have a quote with my husband's or my name on it and we had paid a deposit of over $2000 dollars so effectively did not have a receipt. It took many phone calls and emails to get this fixed....

Small but key error let them down.
Documents were sent to the wrong address. Detailed itinerary showing when we're away and our personal details. Not appreciated. Why can't the documents be emailed? Also no apology. Just an "oops".
