They were OK til I tried to change my subscription from print to digital - then it took several attempts and prompts on my behalf to get it right. Also the digital versions don't seem to download...

They were fine until I called them and asked to change my subscription to digital - then it took about three months and numerous emails on my account to get it right. Good magazine and very nice folk...
