Customer care could be much better
I ordered 10 items 2 of which were damaged. I contacted via email and was asked to provide proof which I did. I have received no further communication to provide a resolve.

My order arrived on time and was followed up by a friendly customer thank you email. This is really beautiful Scottish tablet and fudge and as I live in England, being able to access Mrs Tilly online...

will continue to purchase there fine products
still the same first class product good service but have put an e-mail to them as regards courier service as box was soaking wet and it was only the tape around the box that stopped it from falling...
