Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We appreciate your comment regarding the delivery charge which we try to be competitive on by offering free delivery on all orders over £50. However, we send all our orders, no matter how big or small, via DHL with secure tracking, hopefully making the experience for the customer as easy as possible. We’re really disappointed that you feel the quality of the product is not up to standard as this is a bat grip from Gunn and Moore, released this year and has had great feedback from the professionals who have tried and tested it. If you get the chance it would be great to let us know why you felt it was not up to standard so we can feed this back to GM. Finally, whilst we understand and appreciate the frustration on time of delivery, we aim to dispatch all equipment orders within 24 hours. However, on this occasion it was a brand-new product which had not been released by Gunne and Moore yet which was why the website notified you that the product was on 'back order'.
