Redelivery charge
We were unable to take delivery on the appointed day with its wide delivery window due to family emergency. We were charged £7.50 for a redelivery.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you were not happy with our re-delivery charge. Unfortunately as we use all of our own vans and drivers when there is a failed delivery we have already incurred the cost of delivery. Mr Central Heating
