Hi David,
Apologies for your unsatisfactory experience. As explained over the phone, we processed your request with Jaguar themselves so they should be in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite or manage this process and it's very much at the behest of the manufacturer, in this case Jaguar. However, as explained, we have printed off the brochure ourselves and it will be in the post ASAP, and in addition we will process your request again.
Apologies again, and we hope we have addressed your concerns.

I have now received an email from Jaguar offering the download of brochures for any of the current fleet, and I have had confirmation that Steven ids sending me his copy of the brochure. Excellent service, if a little bit late.
