Collect Plus usually takes up to 5 days to deliver a parcel. When you send two parcels on the same day, the parcels may have reach the receivers on different dates within that time period. On this occasion the other company may have received the parcel earlier than us. We received your parcel yesterday and the refund was processed the following day. We sent you an email yesterday to advise you that we have received the parcel, and an email today with the details of the refund. We always keep the customers informed.
