Online delivery service was great. Your instore (Oxford circus store) formal hire is terrible though. Staff are rude and do not have many of the items that you require!

I have not yet received the item, but most of all I sent 2 emails did not get the courtesy of a response. Looks like my suite is lost in space and no one cares. I am leaving on holiday on the 17th...

we are sorry that you have not received your items yet. We have contacted DPD and were informed that you have requested a change of delivery address, which takes a few days to be actioned in the US and have delayed the delivery. They will give us more details later today once the US office is open. We will keep in contact with them to do our best to see if the parcel can still be delivered before you leave. It appears that we did not receive the emails. It was either caused by a system error, or emails sent from your email address are not accepted by our system.
