Service was awful, i went to return the product, and the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. As a result i will never use Moss Bros again.

I sincerely apologise for this incident. The collect instore option started a few weeks ago. It is still in a trial period and we are making changes and improving it as we go along.
