Outerwear category includes coats and casual jackets only.Formal jackets and blazers such as this one were not part of the offer. Also, this was a web exclusive offer, the discount could not be claimed in store. DPD are very good at honouring the one hour time slots, it is very rare occurrence to change the delivery time. We are really sorry that on this occasion you were not happy with the service received at the store and apologise for any error on our part. We will contact you shortly. The offer DID cover the jacket that I bought as I bought one in 40R in the hope that it would fit me but sadly the 40S was a much better fit! - you are therefore giving me wrong information here!

I contacted Moss Customer Services and Alison Banks has kindly agreed to refund the difference between the online price and the shop price - I am delighted with this outcome and have had my faith in Moss Fully restored!
