Communication went smooth, but the costume arrived late. They said on the website that costume is 13% spandex, 87% polyester, but in reality it is 5% spandex, 95% polyester.

Everything about the costume is very good value except the belt which is unbearable and so I've had to buy another. When I enquired about this I received no satisfaction.
