This customer ordered a jumbo sample from us and was informed the same day that there would be a slight delay as we were out of stock. The request for feedback was automatically sent out to the customer after five days - i.e., before the sample had arrived - and the customer had not realised that this is an automatically generated request, hence the negative feedback. I have since spoken to the customer who has expressed a wish to retract comments left here - unfortunately since comments are immediately posted online we cannot undo comments made !
