Customers receive a feedback request which is automatically generated. This happens five days after placing a sample order, and two weeks after placing a bulk order. This order came from the USA. Samples were in fact sent out the next day but delivery can take several days to arrive. The bulk of our sample orders come from the UK where, as you can see by our general feedback, they arrive very quickly. At the moment our feedback request system does not differentiate between orders emanating from the UK or abroad, and therefore it can happen that customers from outside the UK receive a feedback request whilst samples are still in transit.
