We assume here that the customer is talking about shade difference between a sample swatch and the actual bulk fabric delivery. We clearly state that there can be shade variation between batches. We operate within very strict parameters with our suppliers but there can be some differences which are unavoidable. Had we been informed that the shade delivered was substantially different to the sample swatch we would have been more than happy to check our stocks to see if we had a closer match. If the customer is talking about how the fabric looks in a larger run then we would say that this has a surface crush and medium sheen which creates lighter and darker areas on the fabric - this is however a feature of the fabric and we do point this out on site.
