This customer placed a fabric order on 13th November. At the time we were out of stock but were expecting a fresh delivery to come in a few days later. This did not happen as expected and we accept that we failed to advise the customer accordingly. In the meantime we spoke several times to the supplier in question and were told that there had been a problem in production meaning the batch produced had to be scrapped. We were told that a new batch would be in to us week commencing 7th December which is this week. We advised the customer on 24th November that this would be the case. Fabric has not come in yet (as of 11th December) so we will chase the supplier again and advise our customer of the situation. Tim Kennedy Owner Modelli Fabrics

This customer placed a sample order on 27th November which was sent out 1st class post the next day. Since we use Royal Mail for sending samples we have no means of tracking them - however we know that every week some sample orders simply don't arrive for whatever reason.
