Whilst we are very happy with our service rating here we are slightly non-plussed by the negative comment regarding our samples. We sent 8 samples, completely free of charge, to this customer who lives in Croatia. The samples were mainly in our Enzo and Zaza fabrics. These are very lightweight linen look plain fabrics. Sample cuttings are typically 4 inch squares on plain fabrics so more than enough to see how the fabric works. Most customers say that samples are a good size. We are also struggling to understand what the customers says about fabrics being hard to cut. Firstly we do not know why someone would need to cut up samples, and secondly the samples selected are extremely easy to cut even with a relatively blunt pair of scissors.
