I am sorry that this customer has found our samples unsatisfactory. Whilst the comment regarding our service is welcome, it is a little disappointing to receive negative feedback for our samples which were supplied at no cost. We try very hard to ensure that colours are shown as accurately as possible on our site but we know that many factors can influence how these appear (different monitor and browser settings etc). We also give the fullest description about each product so that customers can make a reasonable judgement. We differ from most of our competitors in that we make no charge for samples whereas most others charge for samples or postage or both. We believe that this service makes it as easy as possible for customers to see and feel our products in the flesh at no risk or commitment on their part.
